These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and StrategyFactory.ai FZ-LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“StrategyFactory.ai”, “we”, “us”, “our”), covering your use of trigger.trade. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1) Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms apply to the trigger.trade website and the related StrategyFactory webhook and encryption services used to relay your TradingView alerts to exchanges (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2) Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for determining whether access to or use of the Services (including crypto trading and automated trading) is legal in your jurisdiction.
- We do not verify the legality of cryptocurrency trading or automated trading in your jurisdiction. Compliance is solely your responsibility.
3) Nature of the Services (No Advice; No Custody)
trigger.trade is a technical tool. It formats TradingView alert messages, encrypts the exchange API credentials you voluntarily supply, and relays webhook orders to third-party exchanges through the StrategyFactory execution service. You understand and agree that:
- The Services do not hold custody of funds and do not hold private keys.
- Trades are executed on third-party exchanges under your own account and credentials.
- Exchange API credentials are supplied voluntarily by you, are encrypted on submission, and are not stored by the Services.
- We do not at any time take custody of your assets or exercise discretionary control over your funds.
- The Services do not provide financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, or recommendations. Any strategy you connect is your own choice.
4) No Financial Advice / No Fiduciary Relationship
No financial, investment, or trading advice is provided. No portfolio management, discretionary management, or suitability assessment is performed. You acknowledge that no fiduciary relationship exists between you and StrategyFactory.ai, and you must not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional advice.
5) User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All trading decisions and whether to trade at all.
- Risk management, position sizing, and monitoring open positions.
- Selection of exchanges, strategies, and third-party tools.
- Creation, configuration, and permission scope of API keys (including disabling withdrawal permissions).
- Keeping your generated alert files private. Anyone holding them can fire trades on your account through the Services.
- Reviewing your trade settings and testing with a small size before deploying any live strategy.
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, reporting, and tax obligations.
6) Risk Acknowledgement
- Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading involves substantial risk.
- Automated trading does not reduce risk and may increase risk.
- Leverage can amplify losses and can lead to rapid liquidation.
- You may lose all or more than your initial investment.
You are responsible for understanding order types, funding rates, liquidation mechanics, margin requirements, slippage, latency, and exchange-specific behavior. Webhook delivery depends on TradingView and network conditions; alerts can be delayed, duplicated, or dropped.
7) Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with and depend on third-party platforms, including (without limitation) TradingView, Clerk (authentication), hosting and infrastructure providers, and the cryptocurrency exchanges you connect (such as Bybit, Blofin, Toobit, WEEX, and Bitunix). We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services. Third parties impose their own terms, policies, fees, outages, and limitations, and your use of them is at your own risk. Exchange sign-up links on the Services may be affiliate links.
8) Access & Accounts
Access requires signing in through our authentication provider. The Services are currently provided free of charge for members of the Skool community; we may change access terms, introduce paid tiers, or modify eligibility at any time. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in account.
9) Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or sanctioned activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt systems, scrape unlawfully, or bypass security.
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for another person or entity.
- Use the Services to provide regulated services to others without proper authorization.
10) Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, designs, text, and trademarks, are owned by StrategyFactory.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.
11) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any alert will result in an executed order.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StrategyFactory.ai, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid to StrategyFactory.ai for the Services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StrategyFactory.ai and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your trading activity, (c) your breach of these Terms, (d) your violation of applicable laws or regulations, or (e) any third-party claim related to your use of exchanges, TradingView, or other providers.
14) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse, legal risk, or security concerns. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not eliminate your responsibility for any obligations incurred prior to termination.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. You are responsible for determining the legality of the Services in your country and for complying with your local laws.
